Initial Appt:

$500

Includes:

-Initial appointment 60-90 minutes to discuss all of your symptoms and goals with a Board Certified M.D.

-Lab order that can be paid for directly by your insurance or through us at an adjusted cost.

-Follow up appt to review and order treatment appropriate for your individualized plan.

Follow up:

$300

-monthly virtual follow ups that we will keep a credit card on file for you and charge $300 each month until you are stabilized with the same treatment every month.

-you may cancel at anytime

Beyond the initial months of treatment:

$150

$150 for medication refill.

 

Hormone creams, patches, or pills are a separate cost and depending may be covered by insurance.
